The Kirkwood Police Explorer Program is guided by a dedicated team of advisors committed to mentoring and supporting our Explorers. Captain Conners and Officer Dutcher serve as Lead Advisors, providing leadership, direction, and hands-on instruction to help Explorers grow in skills and confidence. Officer Byers and Dispatcher Young serve as Advisors, bringing valuable experience, guidance, and support to training, events, and community activities. Together, our advisors play a vital role in shaping positive learning experiences and helping Explorers develop leadership, discipline, and a strong sense of service.
